Overview
An interactive 3D avatar system built for a bank's IT Academy. Instead of hiring dedicated learning designers, the academy uses Avatarin — an AI agent with deep instructional design knowledge that converses naturally with users via speech.
The Problem
The bank's IT Academy needed expert-level instructional design guidance on demand, but hiring full-time learning designers was costly and slow to scale across teams.
The Solution
Built a 3D avatar interface with speech-to-text and text-to-speech powered by LLM and RAG via Dify. The avatar holds real-time conversations, answers curriculum questions, and generates learning materials — effectively replacing the need for a dedicated hire.
